1. PCR paper in Scholin tempbox.
2. Will start samples collected at diffuse vent field at JdF in 2004 later this week.

Elif

1. Currently QC'ing new capture probes.  Will help with cold testing Bruce once Bruce is reassembled and cold calibrated.

 Roman

1.   Bruce being reassembled and will perform the room temp tests today.  If passes, then goes in cold today, and hopefully have GOM qualifications this week.  Will try and have MOE reassembled by next week. 

 OTHER ISSUES:

 Will send ASU template next week when Julie filters seawater collected Monday (2-28-2011)

WHOI needs Notice-to-Mariners filled out for ESP-Bruce.  Mike Kelly needs following information (from 2-22 email to Birch):I coordinate the local (California) NTM's.  Could WHOI provide the contact email for the Gulf of Maine deployment?
 
Some detailed information is required:
 
Depth and Lat/Long (as close as possible)
Size and color of the surface buoy
Nav light flash interval and color  (e.g. Yellow, 1 sec ON, 4 sec OFF)
Deployment and recovery dates (anticipated)
 
Also, a brief description of the project - usually 2-3 sentences.

 Requested HV pucks from McLane.  Ivory said they are being worked on as we speak.
